Terms of Service

>General information & refunds:
> The artist (I) has the right to reject or cancel the commission at any moment.
> In case of a commission cancellation, the client gets 100% of the refund.
> No refunds after the artist has sent the first draft.
> A client ordering NSFW or extreme gore art must be 18+.Copyright:
> When showing the commission anywhere, the client must always credit the artist.
> The client may use a finished commission for commercial-use with the exception of merch and NFTs.
> No one is not allowed to edit, trace, copy, modify or claim the artist's artworks in any way without the artist's explicit consent.Payment:
> The artist begins working on the commission only after the client has paid.
> The artist accepts payment through PayPal and Blik.
> All prices are listed in USD and PLN respectively.Deadlines & Communication:
> The estimated time of finishing the commission varies from a week up to three weeks. If anything were to prolong that time, the artist will reach out to the client.
> The client is encouraged to ask for commission status, updates, give comments, tips etc.
> I take commissions via any of my social media, but recommend Vgen.Revisions & Edits:
> Any minor revisions + 2 major revisions are allowed during the initial sketch phase.
> After the line-art stage has been completed, only colour modifications are allowed.
> Any extra modifications cost 4$ / 20 PLN each unless discussed otherwise.

The prices may be different on Vgen, so I recommend checking them there too👍

Headshot/Bust art:
12 USD / 43 PLN

Halfbody art:
25 USD | 90 PLN

Fullbody art:
40 USD / 144 PLN

Chibi art (style 1 or style 2):
25 USD / 90 PLN

Animal art:
27 USD / 100 PLN

Other:> Complex props in foreground (table, chair etc.) w/out background: 5 USD / 18 PLN
> Complex background: 10 USD / 36 PLN
> Extra character: 75% of the initial price!
> No shading: lowers art's initial price to 80%
> NSFW art raises the commission price by 100% to 200% depending on its severity
> Commercial use art raises the commission price by 50% up to 100% depending on how will it be used.
